Music & Worship Arts

The Music and Worship Arts ministry is a vital part of the life of Trinity United Methodist Church. Through it's various choirs and instrumental groups, members have the opportunity to share their talents in praise and service to Christ's Church. We offer choirs for all ages, vocal ensembles, an orchestra, and an opportunity to join Current Worship's praise band!

Along with Trinity's Fine Arts Academy, we offer lessons in piano, voice, flute, and guitar. Headed by Music Director Joel Evans, and Artist in Residence Terrence Dwarika. it is an innovative and ever changing arm of the church. There are many ways to be involved and we welcome your participation. If you have any questions, please contact the Music and Worship Arts Staff.

Music Sings Our Faith

Scripture in song may be kept in music memory for life. In our musicals we learn stories and artistic interpretations of verses from the Bible. Choice of music follows the church calendar, enhancing our experience of liturgical seasons.

The songs we learn for Christmas, Easter, Advent and Lent are music and lessons for the journey.

Music Builds Community

Children receive this life-long enrichment in an enjoyable, social and lively setting. We seek to    provide our children the opportunity for a positive group experience. We want each child to know that their voice benefits the whole sound, and the sound of the whole group is a gift and a genuine contribution to our worshipping community.
